The Elite Membership gives hockey players access to The Shooting Lab to perfect their hockey shot as many times as they’d like each month!
Each session is 30min in length and provides the hockey player with access without the need for one of our dedicated hockey instructors. You will get access to the rebounders, pucks, regulation-sized net and shooting tarp.

Unlimited 30-minute sessions every month at The Shooting Lab's synthetic ice facility in St. Catharines. No coach required — just you, the ice, and the work. Each session gives you full access to our shooting facility including: regulation-sized net, rebounders for pass drills, full supply of pucks, and easy online booking to reserve your spot in minutes. .
At $100/month with unlimited access, the Elite Membership is the most cost-effective way to put in serious shooting volume in the Niagara Region.
The Elite Membership is designed for competitive hockey players who understand that consistent repetition is the foundation of an elite shot. If you're a AAA, rep, junior, or college-level player who wants to get extra reps in between coached sessions — or simply wants unlimited access to train on your own schedule — this membership was built for you.

Only $100/month
Once submitted, you will be taken to a page to finalize your purchase. After purchasing, you will be given a Package Code and Booking Link. This is the code you will use to book in your sessions at The Shooting Lab.
Each month you will be automatically charged your membership fee on the same date you originally made your membership. To make any changes to your membership, just email info@theshootinglab.ca at least 10 days ahead of your billing date.
